Our common facilities include a heated swimming pool, a hot tub, grills, a recently resurfaced tennis court with night lights, an exercise room, and a clubhouse.

Pool and exercise room have been re-keyed as of March 14, 2013. New do-not-duplicate keys have been distributed to owners, two keys per unit.
The most recent Board meeting took place Weds June 19 5:30 pm at the clubhouse. The main topics were asphalt bids and paint colors.

The most recent board meeting was Wednesday, September 12th, 2012 at 5:30 pm at the Skyline Villas clubhouse. Prior minutes, CC&R’s, and bylaws are available.

New exercise equipment (treadmill and bike) installed in the exercise room, January 2012.
Termite treatments at the complex completed in January 2012 by Arizona Exterminating.
New recycling dumpster at Southwest end of the complex.
Tree project underway to provide canopy between complex and Manzanita school in the wash north of the complex.
